What is Self-Talk?
Self-Talk is the act of talking to oneself either aloud, silently or mentally. There are many times that we find ourselves speaking to our conscience either negatively or positively. We are constantly working out things when we don’t even have an audience or someone to speak to daily. In this course, the main goal and objective is to help students understand how positive thinking and speaking can affect their self-esteem and decision-making skills.
