What is Anger?

Anger has been around for as long as people have. It is an emotion that causes changes in the body to help you respond to danger. Anger prepares our bodies for self-defense and if necessary, to attack. In this course, the main goal and objective is to assist students with how to recognize anger and begin to work on ways to understand how to control it when encountered.
